On Friday, April 8, 2005, Backwater made its first-ever journey to Beautiful, Down-Town Edgewood, Iowa to play at Fitzy's. It is reported that a good time was had by all. Perhaps too good of a time...if you know what we mean. Wink, wink...nudge, nudge. |

Backwater played a three night engagement at the Isle of Capri Pink Elephant Lounge in Marquette, Iowa on June 16, 17, and 18. The band received a standing ovation at the conclusion of its version of "You Lost that Loving Feeling." Or at least we would like to think we did. Can you find yourself in the photo. If so, we would like to hear from you. |

The Backwater Rolling Party Review travelled to Iowa City, Iowa in October to play at a wedding reception at the Highlander. As always, Bruce and Scott, got all of the attention from the pretty girls in the crowd. |
